Public, but resort guests get priority. Non-guests can book Pebble Beach Golf Links only 24 hours ahead, Spyglass Hill 3 months ahead and Spanish Bay/Del Monte 6 months ahead. Guests of The Lodge and The Inn at Spanish Bay book up to 18 months ahead (Casa Palmero 12 months).

Stay-and-play
A minimum 2-night stay is required to play Pebble Beach Golf Links; in peak season (September to November) it's 3 nights to play Thursday through Sunday, and other dates may need 3 nights. On the other courses you can book 1 round per night of stay, up to 2 players per room. Deposit is 2 nights; golf at Pebble, Spyglass and Spanish Bay has a 14-day cancellation window. Room rates: Unknown (not published as a fixed rate).
What's included
Resort tee times include cart use. 17-Mile Drive entry is free for overnight guests (day visitors pay $12.50 per vehicle).
Caddies & tipping
Optional ("Caddies are not required"). Single bag $175, double bag $250, forecaddie $250 for a foursome or $187 for three. Recommended tips: single bag $100+ per bag, double bag $75+ per bag, forecaddie $50+ per bag. Book at least 72 hours ahead on (866) 903-9101. The pro shops don't provide caddie cash (ATMs on site). Use a carry bag of 24 lb or less.
Dress code
Golf shirt and equivalent outerwear; shorts and pants are welcome, but not denim, cargo or sweats. Soft spikes recommended.
