Our videos and broadcasts are provided for informational, documentary and entertainment purposes. Crews may record in publicly accessible places where streets, beaches, businesses, people, vehicles and events may appear incidentally.

Videos are a separate function from Orca's travel-planning services. Concierge trip planning and any bookings are handled separately through Orca Travel Collection and are governed by our Terms of Use and the written terms confirmed for each booking. This disclaimer does not describe those services as merely informational.

Some footage may include storms, flooding, king tides, emergencies or circumstances some viewers may find distressing. Liive is not an official news, weather or emergency alert source. If you are in danger, call local emergency services and follow public-safety instructions.

Our crews do not interfere with first responders or public safety operations and do not intentionally endanger themselves or others to obtain footage.

Only actual active broadcasts are marked LIVE. Recordings, edited tours and replays are identified accurately, and dates are displayed when known. Conditions at the destination, business hours, access, weather, tides and restrictions may change after filming.

Travel-focused walking tours are published on the @OrcaTravelCollection YouTube channel. Links or videos from the separate @LiiveMediaAroundtheWorld channel may cover general filming, events or footage that is not travel-focused. Liive From California and Liive From Laguna Beach present destination media; they are not official travel advisories.

The appearance of a business or person does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. We disclose paid sponsorships and other material promotional relationships where applicable.
