These Terms of Use govern your use of orcatravelcollection.com (the "Site"), operated by Orca Travel Collection LLC, a California limited liability company ("Orca," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover use of the Site only. Reading them, browsing the Site or submitting a planning request does not create a travel booking, a reservation or an agreement for travel services. Any travel services are confirmed separately, in writing, with the terms that apply to them.

Orca provides concierge travel planning and coordination. We work with independent third-party suppliers — such as hotels, cruise lines, airlines, private aviation operators, transportation companies, restaurants, guides and venues — who provide the actual travel services. Orca does not own or operate these services and does not operate aircraft or vessels.

We may offer general guidance about documents and requirements, but entry rules are set by governments and can change. Final responsibility for meeting them rests with each traveler.

Weather, natural events, strikes, health emergencies, government action, supplier failures and other events can disrupt travel. When disruption happens, we will work to help, but cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by the applicable supplier terms and the written terms of your booking.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the Site, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
