Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

All bookings are made through WorldVia Travel Network. Client payments for travel services go to WorldVia or directly to travel suppliers — never to Orca Travel Collection.

California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Orca Travel Collection operates under its host agency's California Seller of Travel registration (Travel Quest Network LLC dba WorldVia Travel Network, CST 2073234-00) and does not receive client payments into Orca's own accounts.

If you are a California resident (or were located in California at the time of payment) and purchased air or sea transportation or other travel services from a registered seller of travel that failed to provide the services or failed to refund money when required, you may be eligible for restitution from the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). Eligibility is subject to the Fund's rules, documentation requirements, processing fee, claim limits (generally the amount paid to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000 per passenger) and deadlines (claims generally must be filed within 12 months after the scheduled completion date of travel). Coverage is not automatic for every transaction.
