Public. Standard booking window is 30 days, plus a 31–60-day premium window. Guests of the Kapalua resorts (Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua, Montage Kapalua Bay, Napili Kai, Kapalua Villas by Outrigger) can book 60 days out. Kamaʻāina (Hawaii residents) have a 7-day window.
