No stay required. 2027 rooms start at CA$320 (Cabot Double, early/late weekday) and CA$655 at peak, plus 14% HST and a 3% marketing levy. 50% deposit; the balance is non-refundable inside 60 days. Tee times have a 48-hour cancellation window.
What's included
Breakfast isn't included in room rates. There's a complimentary shuttle between Links and Cliffs, and resort guests can book two BMW vehicles for free use. Non-golfers can walk along at no charge.

Optional on Links and Cliffs, by advance request. A Caddie (advice) CA$90 per bag, B Caddie (carry only) CA$60 per bag, group caddie/forecaddie CA$120 per group, all plus gratuity (amount not stated). Request bag caddies at least 48 hours ahead.
